1.1 Sampling site end
Water quality sampling refers to water quality monitoring sampling personnel sampling water samples from pollution source enterprises or river sections, filling out corresponding original sampling record forms, and bringing them back to the unit for handover to the next business department.
PDA paperless sampling aims to replace the traditional paper-based reporting method and use information technology to complete water sample collection. Staff hold PDAs on site to input sampling information, and the PDA on-site input software is developed under the Android system. The software submits data to the LIMS platform through the PDA wireless network. Staff generate the original sampling record form through the LIMS platform in the office and implement direct printing function.
The integrated structure diagram of PDA paperless sampling is as follows:

1.1.1Handheld PDA
hand-heldPDAThe sampling information management terminal adopts the currently popular Android system, which can achieve wireless data transmission and easily cope with various challenges in harsh working environments. The parameters and indicators of each configuration are as follows:
u1GHz main frequency;
u4.0-inch large screen display (800 * 480 resolution, multi touch);
u3200mAh ultra long battery life (3200mAh built-in batteryFull power state usage durationLong standby time of over 10 hours and over 230 hours;
u5 million physical pixels, camera format: JPEG; Video resolution not less than 720P, flash, supporting LED lighting. Supports 720p recording and playback, recording 15fps and playing 30fps
uCoordinate collection, photo collection, video recording.
1.1.2PDA sampling software
be based onAndroidPlatform development, establishing two-way communication with LIMS platform through built-in wireless network, capable of downloading basic information such as LIMS platform river domain, enterprises, sampling points, monitoring parameter dictionary, users, etc; At the same time, based on the downloaded basic information, the sampling and sample information can be locally entered and saved, and remotely saved to the LIMS platform.
The sampling software can generate sample labels containing QR codes or barcodes from the entered sample information, and achieve on-site printing.
